The adventures of Anne Manx continue in this fast-paced SF tale centered on a magical ring that has the power to turn the wearer into a god. Tongue-in-cheek touches are interwoven into the action and keep the tone of the story light, although there is considerable violence. This is the second in a series, but it functions as a stand-alone episode. The main characters are portrayed by TV actors and the performance level is high. A quality musical score and plentiful sound effects also add a great deal to this production. The story is followed by short behind-the-scenes comments from the three main actors: Claudia Christian and Pat Tallman from Babylon 5 and Alexandra Tydings from Xena.
